Seven
Day Flight Instructor Airplane Course
The course starts with three days of lecture style
instruction covering all aspects of being a flight
instructor. We do assume you already have commercial
knowledge and you are current. Passing the written
means you have less than 10% of the knowledge necessary
to pass the oral. In addition, common belief is this
is an open book test. In reality examiners expect
you know most of the information to the correlation
level. NOT rote. The national average is 75% fail
rate. MN Aviation, Inc. pass rate is over 90%
first time pass. Simply study hard, listen to
the instructors, and rely on our proven course and
WE WILL GET YOU THROUGH IT!
Please
allow seven to ten days for the course. We work five
days allowing you some time to study on your own.
Most students require 12 hours of flight time in a
complex aircraft. Aircraft rental, written fees (Fundamentals
of instruction & Flight instructor airplane) and
FAA checkride are additional.
Prerequisite:
FAA writtens, Commercial Pilot certificate with instrument
rating, prestudy of select topics.
Five
Day CFII/MEI Course
If you are current, we will guide you through your
CFII/MEI in five days. On average students can complete
the MEI in 3-5 hours of time and the CFII in 5-7 hours
of flight time. Aircraft rental, written, checkride
fees are additional. Prerequisite: Commercial Pilot
certificate with multi-engine instrument rating, Flight
Instructor airplane certificate, instrument current
and proficient.
